Copperhill Mountain Lodge has 112 rooms and suites. Most refined rooms have forest or mountain views. Double rooms feature Italian tiles and copper fittings. Suites include Oregon Pine decor with vibrant colors, balconies with forest or mountain views, PlayStation 4 with DVD player, lounge with sofa bed, and kitchenette with bar table and chairs. Bathrooms feature double showers, double sinks, and copper details. A perfect family room includes two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a large bathroom with a view of Åreskutan or the forest landscape. The biggest suites boasts 110 m2 including several bathrooms, kitchen, balcony and area for entertaining.

The hotel has two restaurants. Restaurant Niesti celebrates Sami food culture, combining traditional Nordic food with modern gastronomy using local ingredients. Menus offer traditional flavors with a modern twist. The Fireside Lobby & Bar serves lunch, coffee, and drinks. A breakfast buffet includes organic ingredients. The hotel puts a lot of effort into producing so-called high flavors without adding stronger flavorings than those found naturally in the raw material and finding flavor enhancers in the form of specific wines for the food.

Copperhill Mountain Lodge is at the top of Förberget where the road ends, 8 km from Station. Åre-Östersund and Trondheim/Værnes airports are within a two-hour drive. Bus and taxi transfers are available from both airports. Daily direct trains depart from Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Trondheim. The hotel is 7 km from the center of Åre and 2.5 km from the center of Åre-Björnen. Downhill, snowkite, scenic hiking trails and a tour with the classic cable car are just some of the many fun experiences in Åre and some you will find just outside the hotel.
